It has several tenants, notably Stanbic Bank Uganda Limited, and the offices of the European Union. Uganda’s President Yoweri Museveni has commissioned the Uganda Revenue Authority’s (URA) tower, Uganda’s second tallest building after the Pearl of Africa Hotel.
